Thank you for the comments. Had attempted to make the bot more user-centric by narrowing to these users: 1) Users who just want to go straight to the events. - including users who just specificially want "Music" and "Art" events 2) Users who just want location. -Esplanade chatb

Interesting bot! maybe try to make the bot more user-centric instead of menu driven by topic? that would make it so much nicer to use. 😊
